MIKE’S FITNESS STORY Like most Filipinos, I love playing basketball. I play whenever I can. One time, I played a game against a very tough opponent; they were competitive and played rough. During the game, one of the players pulled my arm as I rebounded the ball. I lost my balance and twisted my knee when I landed. I heard a “pop” and knew it was bad. 1. During the game one of the player pulled Mike’s arm and he lost his balance and twisted his knee
2. always be careful and when you are in sports prepare for the injuries that you’ll encounter, or try not to play with those players who played rough in a game, and of course you should ask guidance to God first before you play God will protect you!
3.Not/No, I don’t agree ‘coz sometimes when you are doing a household chores you can’t prevent causing accidents that will lead to an injury or serious injury. You don’t know when accident will happen that’s why it is called accident. But I advised that everyone should be careful on what you are doing.
